Do you often want to do things but don’t feel you have enough confidence to do it?

Confidence is the key to success in our lives, not only to do the things we need to do but the things we want to do. Confidence is innate in humans but it needs to be built. Having healthy self esteem and confidence is really important as it helps to make better choices and it encourages us to do the things we need and want to do without fear – Fear of consequences, of failing or of not being good enough.Lack of confidence can make us:

  • Avoid conflict
  • Stay in places we don’t want to be
  • Feel more sensitive to criticism
  • Feel more anxious
  • Withdraw from social situations
  • Not reaching your full potential‍

Confidence is something that we can build. We can learn to deal with the inner critical voice that tells us that we are not good enough or that we can’t do something. Your brain is programmed to respond to pictures or audial messages in the brain so I can help you to process information in a positive way, with techniques such as relaxation, visualisation, affirmations and self-havening, to help build your confidence until you become that confident person that you always wanted to be.
